The course is supported by practical exercises based partly on hypothetical

scenarios and partly on your own institution’s current digital presence.

The course covers a span of different social media functions on Facebook and

Twitter including how to run professional accounts, marketing school

information effectively, keeping personal profiles safe and secure, responding

in a timely manner and risk aversion.

A course pdf handbook is provided together with a certificate of attendance.


Delegates will benefit from the course by obtaining the knowledge skills and

confidence to use Social Media effectively. Schools will benefit by having

knowledgeable, trained personnel who can communicate safely.

All participants will benefit from extensive resource material and the creation of

a personalised action plan.
